Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing and Shipping Time We know you are excited to receive your order! All orders are processed, packed, and shipped within 3 to 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard fulfillment and transit time ensures that your products are on their way to you within the promised 3-4 business days timeframe. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes OKENA, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Lost Packages OKENA, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you
